It Happens to…

We have been in many emotional states throughout our lives, first as “children of,” “partners of,” and then (for some of us) as “parents/guardians of.” Regardless of our current role, one is always looking to hold on to good memories and learn from our bad experiences to avoid repetition and move forward. Easier said than done, right? Moving forward could be simpler if we understood how we got there in the first place, bringing us to a different perspective of what we considered once a negative, sad, and painful situation.
